Spacious and clean rooms, excellent pools, modern gym, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right next to the Isla Magica theme park and the water park, which my kids absolutely loved. It was also easy to park outside since it's in a remote area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool that I enjoyed swimming in.

The restaurant options at the hotel were limited and a bit expensive.

We stayed at the Barcelo and were actually surprised by the spacious and comfortable room. The check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being fully booked. The daily cleaning service was thorough and provided fresh towels and toiletries. Although breakfast wasn't quite what we expected in terms of variety, the staff was accommodating when we asked for milk for our coffee. Despite the swimming pool being closed , we appreciated the hotel's efforts to recommend alternative options for relaxation. While we didn't receive any special treatment for our birthday celebration, overall, we would give this hotel a 4-star rating and recommend it for future stays.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were the perfect spot to unwind. the staff provided excellent service, meeting our every need. the room advantages, such as the sensational garden view and comfortable sheets, made us feel like royalty.

The limited menu at the restaurant, but this was not a major issue as the hotel had a snack bar and coffee/tea in the lobby, providing alternative dining options. this venue was an ideal location for our perfect getaway.

Liked the rooms, they were well-designed and exactly as advertised. The pools and sauna were excellent and provided a peaceful retreat. The cocktail bar was a nice touch and made up for the lack of nearby entertainment options.

Disliked the location, it was quite far from the city center and it felt isolated. The lack of nearby restaurants and tapas bars with limited food and drink options was disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with spacious and clean rooms, made our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with lots of activities for kids and a great kids club. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff, especially Sylvia, were great, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The location was perfect, in a peaceful area but still within walking distance to the centre of the city where all the famous bars are located, just ten minutes away by taxi or public transport.

As women traveling alone, we felt immediately at home at this amazing hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's facilities were excellent. We loved the clean and safe pool area, as well as the lovely surroundings both inside and outside the hotel. The location was quiet, yet within walking distance of the city center. We also enjoyed the delicious food, especially the tasty options at the pool. our stay at this hotel was memorable and easy.
